I can only wear gold kt earrings. If I wear hypo-allergenic earrings will i be allergic?

I've always wondered if I can creep by hypoallergenic earrings. I'm allergic to everything except the gold earrings. Would I be able to wear hypo-allergenic earrings without getting infected or getting allergic?

Hi. I got my ears repierced about four weeks ago, after not having pierced since I was about 12. I have many allergies, and probably does not differ that all of them. Anyways.
