How can I convert a pair of pierced earrings (non-post) into clip-ons?

These earrings are for my sister-in-law for my fusing, whose ears are not pierced. Are there any suggestions for how I can convert these earrings into some sort of clip-on without intriguing away from the look and style of the earrings?

I am not reliable if you can convert non post earrings into clipons.
go to a mall and check the places that drummer costume jewelry.
i know you can get clip on converters for earring with a tack.
