I Lifted yesterday (Breast muscles/Shoulders) and Today(Biceps/Forarms) I lifted about 2 hours ago and am rational about going to play basketball with some friends for about an hour and 30 minutes or so.

Would This mangle my muscle growth?
im still sore,

To be sound, if you are trying to develop large muscles, you had best limit your cardio (basketball would count as cardio). That is not to say that you can't portray at all. It's just that you don't want to burn your calories doing cardio. You appetite to use your calories

Auburn Hires Tony Barbee As New Head Basketball Coach - Track Em ...

University officials buttress tonight that Auburn has hired UTEP's Tony Barbee as its new basketball instructor. The 38 year-old Barbee led the Miners to a 26-7 reputation and the level occasion Congress USA Championship this year.  

"We are thrilled to welcome Tony Barbee into the Auburn Kith and kin," athletic commander Jay Jacobs said Wednesday tenebrosity. "Exercise Barbee has a sight for sore eyes of competing for championships at Auburn, and the passion to get us there. He is a marvellous instructor, an first-class recruiter and a brutish rival.

"Prompt Barbee also shares Auburn values and is the morality man to bamboozle start off our rig and typify Auburn University and the Auburn Dearest," Jacobs said. "The bottom calling is Tony Barbee is a title-holder. We could not be happier to have him as the new appearance of Auburn Basketball as we get up to ice-free a new era in a new arena next season."    

Barbee says he's game to get started. "I'm very edgy about the moment to verge on the Auburn Kith and kin and proud to be the next head trainer at Auburn," he said. "We have challenges in front of us, but we also have outstanding opportunities with everything Auburn has to make available - a gigantic university, payable community, tremendous fan mainstay, and a terrific new arena and convention ease. The heyday is now to take Auburn basketball to new heights."
